Pressed for time or need to slip in a quick session during lunch? A 30-minute session is all you need with us.

If you have slightly more time for a comprehensive cardio exercise session in 45 minutes, this is the class that you would go “HIIT me up!” with.

Our proprietary MuayHIIT curriculum is designed for those who want to learn basic Muay Thai techniques whilst enjoying the intensity of a HIIT work out. This 45-minute non-combat class is designed to push you to your limits whilst learning legit Muay Thai skills, but ultimately have a good time!
