Professor Vinicius, affectionately also known as Professor Popeye to our members, is a 1st Degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Black under Master Julio Cesar Pereira, Founder of the renowned Grappling Fight Team (GFT) in Brazil, and Canadian-born Black Belt, Jake Mackenzie. Professor Vinicius is a proven BJJ practitioner and competitor who has proven himself in numerous Gi, No-Gi, and Wrestling tournaments and championships across the globe.
Having won a total of 17 medals across all competitions throughout his career, he continues to rise through the ranks in the BJJ circle. Professor Vinicius has spent much of his time teaching and helping grow several BJJ communities around the world, from Brazil, Thailand, and currently here with his Neue Family in Singapore!
