Known for her dedication and ever-engaging class flow, Naz has been practising and teaching Yoga for the past eight years at various fitness studios in Singapore. An avid Yoga practitioner with a love and passion for bodyweight training, Naz believe that the human body is capable of incredible feats and flexibility, which can be achieved through consistent practice and exploration. Naz loves to share her knowledge in Yoga with her students and believes that nothing is impossible when passion, hard work, discipline, and humility are added into the practice.
