Muay Thai Beginners
Known as the Art of 8 Limbs, the ancient martial art of Muay Thai utilises fists, elbows, knees, and legs as weapons of attack. This is a non-combat class where you will learn basic techniques, perform partner drills, followed by bag and pad work with our instructors. Great for both absolute beginners who want to learn self-defence or even the seasoned fighter who is looking for a good cardio workout. Caution: Serious weight loss guaranteed!
Muay Thai Intermediate
Once you have been promoted to Level 2, you are ready to step into the intermediate arena. Here, you will partner up to learn advanced techniques, practise clinching and engage in light sparring sessions. Please bring your shin guards, mouth guards and for the guys, groin guards.

Muay Thai Kids
A fun and interactive class designed for kids aged 4 – 11 years.
Our Muay Thai kids classes are designed to impart basic Muay Thai techniques through movement, drills, pad work and games. The physical benefits include improved all-round fitness and coordination, whilst the social skills include developing discipline, respect and control. A great way to keep your mini-you fit and active, whilst empowering them with self-defence skills and better self-confidence!
