Calisthenics
Our uniquely developed Calisthenics programme incorporates gymnastics elements into a movement-based class. By using your own bodyweight to perform a sequence of movements and poses, the class develops core strength, improves balance and promotes grace of movement, which results in improved posture and body composition. The class is suitable for all levels of fitness and physiques as all exercises are scaled according to each individual’s ability.

Our 45 minutes classes are based on a functional training circuit, which is designed to push an all-out, 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercises followed by short, and sometimes active recovery periods. HIIT keeps your heart rate up to improve cardiovascular health, burns more fat in less time and improves overall metabolic rate.
